Hey everyone I was looking for some help to find a good gaming computer. I want one that is really good but I also need money to get games for it and my consoles and the new consoles. I don't really know what I am looking for so thanks for the help :)
Edit: I have now moved to either getting a Razer Blade, Alienware 14, Alienware 17, or Alienware 51

1 RespuestaEditado por McRibbitt: 9/27/2013 9:47:57 PMGet the Lenovo Y410p. If you buy it through Lenovo's US site, it's only $800, whereas a similarly priced gaming laptop with the same specs would cost a lot more. http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/ideapad/y-series/

7 RespuestasEww. Don't buy one. Building one is much more cost-efficient, and you'll learn something too. There's no downside to learning how to build a computer.

3 RespuestasDon't get Alienware. Don't. They are nice looking but i have seen so many problems with them. Get the Razer or an Asus computer.

7 RespuestasLol A gaming computer And you want money for more current gen games and next gen consoles? Pick two at most, and if you aren't building it, pick one Unless you're filthy rich

Get an apple computer and a PC and then take apart and rebuild the apple so it's in the PC

15 RespuestasWell... what's your budget, and do you want a desktop or laptop? Those are important questions. Otherwise people could suggest $50,000 computers to you for all you know.

5 RespuestasThe first thing you are looking for is to set a budget for yourself. How much are you willing to spend on a new PC?

7 RespuestasAsus has a good site and helpful staff to either shop for a good stock computer of theirs, or to build one to your own specifications. Their prices are fair, and their quality is great. But I would avoid Dell for building a gaming rig as they purposefully limit their selection of available parts, and what they do offer only hits about mid-range (nowhere near top of the line). They're also pretty expensive for not very powerful components. In the same vein, avoid Alienware since Dell bought Alienware. They've sucked and their quality has dropped significantly since they were purchased. As far as games go, as soon as your new PC arrives, go to Valve's website and download Steam. They're always having sales of great games, and a lot of the time you can get a AAA title for between $5-$20 USD. Steam has a more than thriving social community for those multiplayer games that so many of us love, and with Steam Workshop you get mods for your favorite games. Hope this helped a bit. :)
