UNSC is good if not the best at gathering foreign/domestic data for use in military strategy. Plus don't forget shield has been working and fighting with superhuman for a lot longer and the're still around. So i would say level playing field.

If the Halo universe gets Kryptonite than it would win. If they do not have Kryptonite, and Superman gets his yellow-sun abilities anywhere, than he would win.
