Empire VS UNSC and The Covenant
We know the forerunners and the Precursors would destroy the Star Wars universe. So how about the more modern factions?
The Empire is up against the entire covenant and entire UNSC, who wins?

Covenant and UNSC. Everyone keeps bringing up the fact that the Empire controls an entire galaxy. Well, they decided to defend their emperor and the most powerful weapon in the galaxy with less than twenty ships. High charity had several hundred ships all with plasma weaponry that would tear a hole in the Death Star in a matter of seconds. A small covenant fleet could take the empire. And that's not even considering the UNSC leadership capabilities that would completely out maneuver and out smart the emperor. As for the Death Stars deflector shield in return of the jedi, a stealthed covy corvette class would wipe out the station without a single grunt casualty.

Ah geez I really can't stand these threads but I'll add my 10 cents; Judging that there are QUINTILLIONS of CIS Droids let alone any of the other Star Wars crap I'd say that Star Wars would steamroll the Halo universe as if it wasn't even there.

8 RespuestasOk lets look at it this way. The forerunner population was into the 100s of billions at their peak controlling millions of worlds. Mind you simple math on means they easily had 1 billion ships at there disposal smaller craft to war class vessels. The star wars universe just doesn't have these kind of numbers. They do not have a chance.

Halo takes place in one arm of the Milky Way Galaxy, with neither side having the fire power even to maintain control of worlds they occupy. The Galactic Empire has complete control over an entire galaxy of sentient creatures. The Galactic Empire has tens of trillions of soldiers. The entire human population in the Halo universe is low double digt billions. If we were generous, and said 10% of the entire human population was a UNSC marine, you're still talking 10,000 storm troopers for each marine. Only on bungie.net is this a thread.

Honestly, I think they would fight to a standstill. The UNSC is good at fighting on the ground, and the covenant are good at fighting in space. However, the empire has a very high number of ships, and has the death star, which could turn the tide of the war. So honestly, I think it It is a tie.

2 RespuestasI think the covenant and UNSC. The Death Star was destroyed pretty easily. I don't think it could stand up to the bombardment of frigates, covenant carriers and high charity.

Spartans are basically mandalorians therefor jedi's/sith are not even an issue. The covenant fleet would turn the empire fleet to dust. Phase Shielding does not stop plasma bombardment.

21 RespuestasUNSC has infinity which is about half the size of the planet. Covenant have High Charity which is bigger then a planet. both ships could decimate any star destroyer. they also have control of the halo rings and can fir them at the death star. master chief and elites would be able to take down all the clones and droids, and elite zealots could take out jedi and sith.

I do love the empire, but the unsc and covenant would win that fight.

The Death Star is over-rated. It's a nice luxury of power to have when you've conquered the galaxy, but in a realistic war it isn't much but this big orb of "The enemy can't really go here, kinda." It isn't very mobile, either.
