...why we shouldn't refuse service or refuse to sell high fat, high sugar and all around bad items to fat people.

As there is definitely an abundance of unhealthy food compared to healthy food, fat people will create a healthy food shortage as they eat more than normal people, and all the healthy people will be driven to the unhealthy food, which will snowball and wind up with mass starvation.
