ATTENTION ANYONE SWITCHING TO PS4 CAUSE THEY HATE HALO NOW
What if halo is extremely good and 343 redeems themselves when you've already bought the console. What if its the greatest thing in gaming history? Then you already spent your money on a different console because one game out of eight made you think the series is dead. Just something to think about.

The direction Microsoft has taken with hardware does not make it a justifiable investment for me. The casual/social aspect of the Xbox does not interest me. Plus, the list of Xbox exclusives is a bit lack-luster in my opinion. Halo 5 may become the most acclaimed game in the series but the purchase of a new console for one game is unjustifiable in my opinion.

343 can't replicate Bungie's success. It's never going to happen. Plus, nobody is switching because they hate Halo. People are switching because Halo isn't the console-seller that it used to be.

1 RespuestaI based my choice of console in 2007 on wanting Halo 3, I bought an Xbox 360 Elite. I was 18 and stupid. I probably would have done the same thing now but the reason I want a PS4 is not because of Destiny, not because of a specific game. I am getting a PS4 because it is cheaper and Sony know what the consumer wants.

4 RespuestasHalo 4 has only gotten better with each update. With the way 343 is doing it I'm sure Halo 5 will be much better/more classic. I hope I'm not the only one that noticed that each update tried to make Halo 4 feel more like CE-3. With Halo 5 343 has the option to limit things they would rather not take out of Halo 4 because it gives it an identity. I trust that they will make Halo 5 a game to remember. For their first game I found Halo 4 to be pretty solid.

The Community will still destroy it. 343 will consolidate your favorite playlist, favorite gun, vehicle, or whatever will be nerfed or removed,... and that is that. Passing on it. Going to be too busy playing Destiny or The Division. TitanFall is the only game making me contiplate the Xbone.

16 RespuestasWe don't hate Halo now, we hate Halo [b]4[/b]. And 343i (as in [b]not[/b] Bungie) isn't going to fix it, ever. They made Call of Halo, and -Blam!-ed up the story. We've moved on to Destiny, which will be on the PS4, which caters to gamers better. [b]That[/b] is something to think about.

Lol I don't like halo anymore. Halo 4 made me despise it. I'm moving onto ps4 because I used to own only playstation consoles up until ps2 after that I went to 360 mainly for halo. Now honestly I have mixed feeling about switching to ps4. Because of halo 5. But then I think of halo 4. I think ps4 is a better choice for me honestly.

Plenty of people missed out on Halo 2 & 3 and I don't see them disintegrating... so... yeah. Besides that theoretical title you just theoretically gave to 343 and Halo in the theoretical future theoretically belongs to Bungie and Destiny.

Then I'll go to my friends house and play Halo 5 and 6 with him in CO-OP when he gets the games. Or I'll buy the ONE when it's cheaper and get both games. Or watch them online and enjoy the gameplay.
