Would you choose to be a Spartan?
With the choice of being abducted when a child and molded into a genetically modified warrior of the future with humanities potential extinction upon your shoulders. Would you choose this life, or live the one you lead and never be remembered?

Spartan 4, possibly. Spartan 2, maybe not. Spartan 2's didn't have a great rate of survival, whereas Spartan 4's have a better chance. But it depends on whether I want to join the military, which I don't yet.

Getting kidnapped at a young age, put through hellish training and indoctrination, being forced through augmentations I have only a small chance of surviving and sent out to fight and die for the people who did all of that for me, while never having any real friends or any real life aside from killing and being frozen between missions? Hell no. Spartans were meant to be seen as flawed and tragic. You're not meant to [i]want[/i] to be one.
