Other than TES and Fallout games, what are some games that have an insane replay value?

I have found Chivalry: Medieval Warfare to have a high replayability, because killing stuff in that game is just so freaking satisfying, and I can't help but keep returning to that game.

Technically Castle Crashers has a demonically level replayability, insofar as you have to replay it a billion times to unlock each character, acquire access to Insane Mode with each character, and beat Insane mode with each character. But it's also mindnumbingly repetitive (pour level points into magic until you score the X-X-X-Y combo or into agility and play like a Thief. Either way if you master air juggling as well as your magic or archery spec, that's basically the whole game). Minecraft is addictive. I like Star Wars Battlefront II space battles myself.
