It didn't specify, was it unemployment or welfare?
If it was UE, then yeah, we probably did pay, of welfare, only the people of MA paid. But what difference does it make?

Most likely some form of government assistance, but they have not yet said. What difference does it make? Being stolen from to fund terrorists acts doesn't mean anything to you?

Except it wasn't stolen. He was a citizen, who met the criteria for the assistance. How were the case workers at that time to know he was becoming radicalized?

It was some form of state assistance. You have to qualify for that. Fill out forms...wait in line...talk to case workers. You can't "Steal" it.
