I am an XBOX guy. It's just a better experience to me.
*Lots of people have mics
*More comfortable
*Built for interaction (easy to interact and talk to friends)
*Larger community
The only thing is you have to have a XBOX LIVE membership but thats not a hassle and Its worth $10 for 1 month or $24 for 3 months or $50-60 for 12 months.

15 RespuestasUsed to be a Xbox girl, then Microsoft wanted about $100 to fix my 360 for RROD. Sure, it's chump change for some people, but I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for something I didn't break. So, I'm going to see what the PS4 is all about this generation.

Ps4 just because I like the community more people are nicer and I like how the ps3 felt also all my friends are on ps3

6 RespuestasPS4 with exclusive Destiny content and more powerful, and a cheaper yearly online cost (not to mention a more reliable hardware track record and proven less resources being used by the operating system). Let's not forget Gaikai or on the fly game recording and uploading! Oh, and the server quality differences between PS3 and 360 wont be an issue anymore. Sony cut costs to give free online service but with everyone online with PS4 paying that situation wont exist. Anyone who brings up the PS3 service downtime due to the cyber attacks seems to conveniently forget something similar happened with the 360, only difference is Sony made absolutely sure it wouldn't happen again. Microsoft seemed to try to sweep it under the rug. Sony seems to be trying to make a console and service people will enjoy and want to buy while Microsoft is trying to force their product down your throat and tell you to learn to enjoy it. Just my personal opinion. You offer me something more powerful, more gamer friendly, with a better quality hardware track record and then tack exclusives for a game I'm looking forward to it becomes an easy choice.

Playstation 4.

6 RespuestasI'll be playing in the PS4. All my buddies are buying it and the console exclusives are a little bit better in my opinions. The Xbox one is a cool console too though! They get titanfall! But I'll be playing destiny, infamous second son and hopefully elder scrolls online, and deep down so I won't have any time.
-
10 RespuestasPlaystation, for the time being, has the exclusives. So I'm going with that.
-
PS4 i have both ps3 and an Xbox 360 and from experience I will most likely go with ps4 I'm not a fanboy but its cheaper and most people that game where I live are gettin it
-
Playstation because I have been a ps3 user since it launched. Also PS+ is a better service than XBL. Free swag and games YEA! Also, the PS 4 exclusives and launch lineup especially indie games is impressive.
-
I will get it on the PS4. I have always said since I first found out that Bungie was developing for a Sony platform that I would buy their next game on the Playstation.
-
I will play destiny on the 360 for a while but i plan on getting a ps3 and getting destiny for that as well.
-
I am going to get for both my Xbox's. the reason I'm getting it for 360 is because all my friends have 360s and they don't have enough money to much of anything and the Xbox one is for when I'm not playing with friends.

Hopefuly PC

6 RespuestasPC BUNGIE ARE YOU LISTENING!!!!!

6 RespuestasXbox One. Sony are ass holes.

I......I dont know anymore! I dont know what to get it on.

2 RespuestasThe membership fee is really not a hassle unless you rely on parents money or income. So there is no need to complain about a once a year 80$ fee to pay for a secure network which is yet to taken down by hackers
-
So far, the only real decision I've made is Next Gen... From there, it will depend on exclusivity, or delayed content....

1 RespuestaI am getting it on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Don't get me wrong, Playstation is an amazing console but I personally like Xbox more. I mean I still love Halo, I really want TitanFall, I can still play Destiny, I like the controller (and hopefully the One's too) more and my friends are playing on Xbox as well.

4 RespuestasSince this thread is still going I thought I'd chime in on your mic note. The PS4 ships with a mic. Everyone with a PS4 will have a mic. Originally the official statement was that the XBone would not ship with a mic, but yet again they changed their minds. The XBone uses a special connection for its mic ensuring only an Xbox mic will work with it. PS4 on the other hand can use any Bluetooth mic as well as any 3 ring 3.5mm jack headset (standard headphone style jack with a single plug for the mic and audio). The fact that not only do both consoles come with a mic, but Sony has more options to use 3rd party mics makes that point invalid. I love my Jawbone earpiece for chat and will be using it with the PS4.

2 RespuestasXbox 360 (too cheap to buy a next gen console for a while, which will be the Xbox One). Personally though, If you're using a next gen console I can hardly see how it matters. The consoles hardware is so similar enough that trying to say one is better for hardware is silly. PSN isn't free anymore, and is hardly cheaper, so thats an advantage lost for PS4, while eventually evening the disparity in service quality, although Xbox Live will be superior for a while since they are adding a ridiculous amount of servers. Really, it all comes down to 2 options, what exclusive games are you happiest with, and what community do you or your friends want to belong to. And for me, thats Xbox. My friends are on Xbox, I'm fairly well invested in the Microsoft ecosystem, and Microsoft has been pretty kind to me, I get free stuff on Xbox live, sometimes even free months of Xbox Live and Microsoft Points, and I can't keep track of how much the software I've gotten for free from Microsoft would have cost me, well over $1000. And to be completely honest, I have always hated the playstation controllers, and in my experience 3rd party controllers are crap that die within a year. This is actually the closest generation of the "console wars" I've seen. the PS3 suffered from its ridiculous price and lost a lot of exclusives, while the Xbox 360 suffered from internal problems but came out earlier and recieved a bonus in market share. Now they are both coming out relatively the same time, have relatively the same hardware, have a similar number of exclusive titles, have very similar features, and the chance of fluke hardware issues is probably least likely this generation with both companies aware of the consequences.

30 RespuestasIve been xbox supporter. But not anymore with their bs and etc. thinking its time to switch. I see the ps4 better for myself. But will hold off with getting it for ps. Cuz i just got a new 360. So ill get it for my 360, and when im ready to go next gen, itll be ps4.
