Or he could do the common sense thing and actually wait and see what the game is besides a sci-fi FPS with MMO elements in it. It could be the most incredible game ever made, or it could be complete shit. I don't see the point in pre-ordering a game before we even know what the game really is, and i couldn't disagree more with the whole'if it doesn't satisfy you at least you were one of the first to know' sort of argument, because if he waits, there WILL be gameplay shown, and probably reviews done before release, so he will know if the game is something he wants, and blindly pre-ordering doesn't let you find out first if its any good. edit:Typo fixes
