Hey there,
Thank you for reporting.
We're aware of this issue and working on a solution. For now, players have found a temporary fix and removing the new season armors/weapon could fixes the crashes.

Vorrei mostrare la mia esperienza: il gioco va incontro ad un crash quando si indossa un nuovo equipaggiamento, ma anche quando è qualcun altro, nell'area ad indossarlo. Gli altri giocatori che riescono ad utilizzarlo, quando entrano in un'area con giocatori ps4, li portano al crash. Ecco perchè non riusciamo a giocare, se non in attività a giocatore Singolo... O con gruppi senza equipaggiamento nuovo

thank you but we are not even able to play the crucible, everything crashes and it seems we've been forgoten. :( Im sick and this game helps me relief my pain by distracting me while i play with my friends. pls do something. its really part of my life.

See that’s funny because I don’t think you’re fixing it at all. You’ve spent the past week post expansion disabling weapons and fixing pointless bugs like when a weapon or ability is slightly overpowered rather than fixing a bug that prevents players from playing a game??

This workaround does not work it are just words with no proof or any video that it really works. I tried it on 2 different Playstations and al of my PS4 friends that tried it failed hard. So please come with a real official statement or fix Bungie, it takes to long.
