Bungie is arguing in court they cannot demonstrate or play content from The Red War. In simplified terms, that content is a distant memory and their current engine, or brain if you will, can’t remember what never happened.

They can’t the content doesn’t exsist anymore. And they might have obligation to Activision if they bring that back . So it’s prbly about revenue instead of giving you wat you want
