The quest isn't per say bugged (thiers really on 1 bug in the quest, the rest are instance related, and flag trigger sensitive), been helping my friends fix what I think is going on for you. However, thiers a few things you should know before I explain solution. 1: this quest isn't like the other dungeon ones where the progress is account wide, meaning all progress of steps carry over, only the collectable part carries over. 2: you can only enter a code once you have collected the three worms needed for that code, and you have to be on the same character that collected those 3 worms for the first time you enter said code. Once you've entered a code successfully, then you can enter those sames codes on other characters, with the exception of the 'worm gives gaurdian'. 3: The worms, and pages carry over to your other characters, so if you are tier three initiate, then it means you've already collected the third page on one of your characters, however thier is a glitch where if you get all 9 worms before becoming tier 3 initiate, then the game skips that step 4: you can only focus once per week, per character, and every character has to have the quest done, so you can actually interact with the symbols for the focus you want, you can put the code in, but you won't be able to focus. 5: Finish the quest, inorder to be able to get catalyst, and ability to focus, even if you already opened the vault chest for the week, once you've finish3d quest, you can still open the vault chest on dame character and get the catalyst, however you won't be able to focus for this week on said character due to already opening it as a requirement step for the quest. Fixes and workarounds, that have worked for my friends 1. If you had someone get you all the worms before you've become initiated, and it bugged out the pages, and you can't input the right code for the step your on and your NOT at the intitae tier that that page puts you at, then have someone in your fireteam input the code for you, and upon completing the hive event for said code, it will update your step for code entered and pages, alternatively you can just make sure your fireteam lead and reload in until you get the instance where the page is thier for you, sometimes the game won't put the proper pages down if you load in on the wrong instance. 2. If you have the page bug, and you ARE at the initiate stage that said missing page puts you at, then it means you were in an instance where one of your teammates grabbed the page, and the game automatically updated that step for you, even if it doesn't check it, simply do the code and progress to the hive event, so it will clear that step. However if said thing happened where someone grabbed page, and you decide to swap characters without first finishing the code and hive event on the character you picked up the page on, then the game won't properly track the flagged trigger for progression, all you have to do is simply go back to whichever character you were on when the pages was grabbed by your teammate, and have someone or yourself if possible put code in, and then do event, so the step progresses, if you don't know what char lacter you were on, then you just gonna have to do it on all three I guess. 3. If at any point you can't input codes even after you've grabbed the worms, and you have the intitae checked off for the quest step, then just have someone join you who can put those codes in, or refresh the instance solo, so then the game doesn't try and track mutliple people on different instances. A good thing to do, is if thiers stuff missing where it's supposed to be, and you have players in your fireteam on different instances, then just solo load in so the game only tracks your quest progress 4. If you put in the code to trigger the hive event for the hive data, and you get the text prompt saying something shifts in the pyramid, then the event is active. If you get to the event room for the code you entered, and the event isn't activate, then just wipe so it refreshes the instance, and puts the event up. Also if your still running into the event not triggering, then make sure the first person who enters that sector is the person who's on that step. 5. (The only bug related to quest, that I've personally come across) If at any time, the worm step goes from 6/3, or 9/3 down to 3/6, or 3/9(6/9), waly running this quest, then just regrab all the worms that you have access to, inorder to fix this. This bug seems to trigger, if you over grab the worms before your on the step to grab said worms. For some reason the quest is resetting the counter, however the flag triggers for putting in the codes still work, so ypu are still able to put in the code for the worms that reset in the counter for quest step.
