My name was changed by Bungie to "GuardianXXXX" back in August, and it STILL hasn't been unblocked in the name change filter. There is absolutely nothing about my original name ("XizorBlackSun") that violates the terms of service. I've had that Bungie name since Destiny 1.
For a few weeks, it was listed in the TWID under the "Known Issues List", with the implication that "we are working on fixing it as soon as possible". However, the past two weeks it has been suspiciously absent from the TWID. What's the deal? Is this still something that's being worked on? I understand that I can change my name to something similar, but then I waste the one name change token I *do* have on a name that I don't want.
Can someone please let us know what the heck is going on with the name filter fix?

As such, if you've changed your name in the past, it may not be currently possible. If you have not changed your name, we recommend trying to clear your browser cache to see if it helps.
