Morning Milk, You're using a whole bunch of the same language that we have in our pitch for people. In some cases word for word. Same age range as a great majority of us, Discord is a must, people from every time zone, Life first, etc. Some of the folks here have every raid and dungeon title except Salvations Edge and multiple flawless raids. Some are very casual raiders, some have ten or so clears for everything. The end goal is to get a pool of people who are decent both in game and to spend your time with, leaning towards those that do the end game stuff more often than not.
