I’m sure you’ve heard it a 100 times, so forgive me for being 101, but your social anxiety only improves when you take steps to be social.
Is it gonna suck? Maybe. But it’s also an opportunity to step out of your comfort zone in a social situation with someone who’s in the same situation as you (of just wanting to get it done, not necessarily the anxiety) and a mission with very few actual callouts needed
Bungie didn’t set up this mission to help you improve, just like they didn’t make it to spite you, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use it to try to work through some of your issues

Yeah. For sure. Look I’ve done the mission once. I have some blurry memories of it. It probably would only be semi draining for me. Let me try to explain. The initial combo of mic (which i am saying was all that was on Finder at the time), puzzle mechanics, a fail timer, and a stranger that I really don’t want to disappoint means… At best, even if everything goes well, I’m gonna feel pretty drained and unhappy after that. That’s why I don’t Raid. And you know what? Cool. That’s not FOR me. I get it. At worst, I’m on the ground crying wondering wtf is wrong with me. And I’m not agoraphobic. I go out. I go to church, grocery store, normal adulting things. Where there is generally no timer and I don’t have to worry about bothering someone else.

If you are on, I'm more than happy to run your alts through it. I'll just need 15-20 mins to get back home as I'm out with my dog. I'm patient (intentionally causing problems is my cut off point) and have a good chunk of time for it in case of any issues.

I sincerely appreciate it, and I might take you up on that in the future. Give that doggo a great walk!

He's really good at this mission. He got me through on all three characters.
