I am perfectly capable of doing the mission, except I have no one to do it with… there are no lfg posts

Fireteam finder, LFG discord, reddit, this forum, … there are multiple ways to find people. Given all the complaints, there should be hundreds right here
-
Don’t use Reddit or discord… there are no posts on this app
-
And that is the game‘s fault? Another one came into my mind: clans. Literally 3 or 4 clan ads per page in this forum, some of them actively promoting themselves with help for Dual Destiny
-
Yes it is
-
Great. So when we blame your refusal of using available tools on the game, that still leaves three ways to find people: fireteam finder, forum and clan. You wont get anyone to believe, you cant find anyone there, so lets just skip the BS and get to the point: You dont want to engage with teamplay, but feel entitled to the loot anyway, so you want the game to change.
-
I have the loot …. I just want to do it again
-
So you are ignoring half of the options available to you and just complain instead? I like how this mission has outed the unbearable people. "I can't find anyone to do this mission with" make friends. It's not Destiny's problem that you can't make friends for a MULTIPLAYER game
-
Rude… but I shouldn’t have to use external sources to play a game
-
You don't "have" to do this mission. You CAN find friends to play with, you CAN use team finder in the game. You have options, but you choose to be willfully ignorant of them.
-
Just made a post no one joined looked for a post there are none
-
There are at least 10 posts over the last 20-25 mins on the app’s lfg finder.
-
I guess 2 does mean multiplayer.
-
Raids, Dungeons, Strikes, Seasonal Activities, and others all have multiple people in it. The "solo" community just wants to cry.
-
I guess I'm more casual than solo then. I think that ritual activities are a gray area because they require multi-player teams, but can be entered into solo. Raids and dungeons are definitively multi-player/social content.
-
Good thing we’re not talking about those that at a minimum, have three in the fireteam.
-
You're right, we are talking about how a game that has you in fireteams with other players for most of the content also has you in a fireteam with another person for this content. If you can't manage to make a single friend to do this mission with, that's not Bungies problem
-
Like most of you, your only argument about this comes after the mission went live. Most of the people arguing have an issue on why Bungie did it this way to begin with. This should have been a quest. They didn’t do it that way. People upset. Can’t make their arguments any clearer than that.
-
Everyone who has an issue with this mission has the exact same issue, "I don't have any friends so I can't get the class item". You know what else you don't get if you can't find people to play with? Raid exotics. You aren't entitled to the loot just because you can't make friends. It doesn't matter what argument you come with either, because it's a stupid argument either way.
-
The rewards didn’t justify the complexity of the mission. Again, you talk about the mission after it went live. That’s not what they’re arguing. Yes, now they’re complaining about having to do the mission which are two completely different arguments and both bore out of the way Bungie developed it. I’m sure they will get help if they truly want the exotics, but they have the right to complain about IT considering how Bungie marketed it. If you think that’s dumb, you’re just ignorant.
-
The way Bungie marketed it was literally like this "There is a cool exotic class item you can get". That's it, it wasn't said to be a drop from the campaign, the raid or anything. Just because people assumed it was, once again, isn't Bungies problem
-
Without giving away the mission, they could have said it would be a two man activity. As far as Bungie’s problem goes, we’ll see if their risk pays off or not.
