It always was a joke and sony has been unable to make a single good multiplayer or online game for three decades now, so don't go thinking they'll makes thing better.

That may be true, but they can maybe do a good job polishing up something that already has a layout and set up. If Bungie is gonna keep running the game to the ground. Might as well hand the reigns to somebody else. And if Sony does a bad job, well then the game was already sinking to begin with. Just not meant to be unfortunately. Disappointing in general since the game still has a lot of potential.

Most likely sony will either shut down the studio or have bungie make single player cinematic action adventure games like Uncharted or Spiderman. Good sort of games, but not what destiny players are looking for. I really don't think Sony is going to be the savior that people on here think they will be.

Uncharted 3 was pretty fire. Great campaign, co-op missions, co-op survival, multiplayer with some unique aspects. Character customization. And it was all accessible on day one. Man times were different.

It seems like a tacked on multiplayer mode like the one in Tomb raider and arkham origin. I got the game a year after release and had to look on the forums to find people to play with. The machinima mode in U3 it was really good i'll have to admit. Over all it was a complete package of a game, not like anything AAA these days.

They have made great PvP games… marketing dollars just pointed everyone to other limited options. Mag, socom, killzone, last of us etc all had great PvP Sony just likes making games more than telling people what to like. I mean seriously… nobody is making good multiplayer games anymore. Microsoft has halo. That is it. Ea and activision pretty much owned the genre but pretty much just recycle for the last decade.

And they love telling people what to like in order to sell units of video games and consoles. Activision(microsoft) has COD. Blizzard(microsoft) has Overwatch. Valve has CS. These are regularly (always in some examples) in the top ten most played games when it comes to multiplayer games. But yeah, nobody makes good multiplayer games. The fans seem to be happy enough to keep playing those games.
