Lightfall Legend Campaign
I had recently completed the campaign on legendary with my brother however we both finished the campaign but for some reason the "Downfall" mission didn't check off at all. It wasn't until after I looked at my quests was that it was still on "Complete Mission Downfall"
Can I simply play the entire thing without legendary or will I have to slog through the entire thing again for the exotic engram?

If you have completed all Lightfall missions on Legendary difficulty, you should only need to complete the quest in normal difficulty from where you left off. You can verify this by looking at the Legendary mission selector on the Neomuna map. Check that each of the missions does not have the "A Challenge Awaits..." modifier at the top of the Mission Modifiers window. It looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/NIaFqVT All missions need to be completed on Legendary on a single character to count. If the "A Challenge Awaits..." modifier is not in that Mission Modifiers window, it's been completed on Legendary difficulty.
