Items on Destiny app but not in game
I have lost the Cenotaph. I never destroyed the item. On the destiny 2 app I can transfer but I get an error message. Can my item be restored? I lost the item after an even when I had a connection issue to destiny server. I can provide screenshots.

Did you check your vault and other characters, happened to me to and it was there.

To mean the Bungie app? Have you tried DIM? Go to tower and look in your vault.
