Ban or restriction?
Lately Bungie SRT has left a lot of tickets in the "Open" status even when they clearly were closed.

It is a ban …I have been sending in updated pleas to give me a second opportunity once a week since the ban and they go through …sometimes I send it when they are away from the office and I get an auto reply saying thank you for sending in an update it has been accepted a bungie employee will review it within 1-2 business days but still nothing …

So what was it... Active cheat programs for ANY game. Training programs. Programming tools. Macro. Network manipulation including network accelerators. Profiting from a cheater. Offensive gamer tag. Account recovery. Win trading. Or ghost lobbies.

The cause IS important. To earn a ban you broke the games terms and conditions. This means you either messed with Bungie's property or ruined the game for others.

No. Why should you be given a second chance. You have shown that you can not be trusted. You have shown willingness to cheat and how long before temptation would mean you return to those ways be it "oh it's only for that one item" or "the game is too hard". Use this as a lesson earned the hard way and don't cheat in any others games you want to play.

You knew the punishment if caught before you decided to cheat. Bungie warned everyone but you still cheated. Now you want to play again but you have shown you can not be trusted and a willingness to ruin the game for others or to mess with stuff you do not own. Come back in 500 years. Edit... you have also shown you don't deserve that gamer tag as you cheat to get what you want not win through skill.

Maybe because you shown a willingness to ruin a game for others. Maybe you know you did wrong but "it's me" so you think you are above the rules that govern everyone else. Maybe because of the false claims you made with that gamer tag. And it's not just me but all members of the community that come into a game and play fair only to lose not because of being outplayed but from someone who cheats to win as they are a poor loser.

Then make it public... no private messages but a open post on these forums. Tell everyone why you think you should be let back in. Let's see your excuse to why you did what you did and your apology to all those players who have lost out because of you or people like you willingly cheat to get what you want at their cost.
