Got any proof? they'd be the one and only person thats ever been able to do that since Bungie names were implemented.

Not sure how I'd show proof of that but they started with their first name changed it like a year ago then changed it again yesterday.

When they started playing their Bungie name would have been set to their platform name - if they then went on to change their platform name it would be different to their Bungie name giving the appearance that they changed their Bungie name. If they were able to change it yesterday, they didn't change their Bungie name a year ago. Bungie have explicitly told people on numerous occasions that you only get one name change. They do tell you. not as explanatory as it should be. People make names that wouldn't fall under any of those and still get changed anyways because a MOD on here power tripped and didn't like it. Implicit/explicit and profanity is a grey area as there's so many words out there that can be seen as such even if they're not being used in that context but because a mod thinks so, the user takes the L without knowing what they did wrong. So they only tell you the bare minimum.
