Trials matchmaking is terrible
9 times out of 10 the other team gets a really good solo player who carries them and we get a 1781 light level pve player who is on a mission to die first every round lol. This isn't fun, the spawn is terrible, and the lag is so bad. I haven't seen many people who aren't pvp mains and they almost always end up on our team. The casual players are staying away from trials, especially now that playing in a fire team of 3 is in a smaller pool with stacked teams. You can't carry casual players and they just don't want to play this junk right now. I really wish Bungie would just sell their game to someone who cares about feedback and doesn't try to keep one game going for an entire new generation of consoles to come out

This is my experience completely. It's ruined trials for me, every match I'm paired with nobodies and all three of the other team are flawless. It will give me one win and then the lobby balancing completely screws me over and over again.

7 RespuestasWorst week of trials ever in my entire life this week playing solo, straight 50/50 win ratio and potato’s for teammates going against try hards 90% of games. Win a game then loose a game (where my team get absolutely out classed) I’m not the best but I am not the worst either I manage flawless every week. Have gilded crucible x7 and flawless seals so I’m not a complete Bot 🤖. I can’t say I had fun playing this week. And this Cronus is getting out of hand ngl.

1 RespuestaIts not the players skill at all its there aim hacks cronos and others. As far as skill goes they don't play any different then 90% of the rest . But when they never miss any of the impossible shots its obvious there cheating . If bungie ever does anything about it like Fortnite has ,you would see trials level out and balance ,nothing bungie can do will fix cheaters unless they start a full hard ban of 6 months like other gamming industry's do. Its to bad bungie wont do anything about it. But honestly I see why there is so many cheaters in trials and pvp in general . To level the playing field against other cheaters . I don't care if I lose its just a game you will lose and win.

I am a 1780 solo PVE player, and i don’t know what you’re talking about! I never get bad teammates. The game consistently gives me two stacks that are much better than I am!

1 RespuestaI had the most fun in trials this weekend that I've had in a looooooong time. Went flawless solo on Friday, then as a three stack on Saturday twice, then played as a two stack for hours. I'm a 1.25 k/d trials player (or sometimes lower lol), so nothing special. Maybe the problem isn't matchmaking, maybe it's you?

It's pure Connection based matchmaking with no Lobby Balancing. Obviously, you're going to have some one-sided games

The experience has been horrible. If they had the old system in place but made it actually stick to it's intention instead of throw out all the rules after 30 seconds, that would've been great.

Who cares about balancing, it's Trials. You'd have to beat them or someone like them at some point to go flawless. I keep losing matches because people are rubber banding. CBMM was better
