Bungie clearly does not care about the game anymore with all priority going to marathon. Trials in worst state ever. Support is non existent, any update they touch is broken, matchmaking is in the worststate ever, story is mediocre, even the streamers are pissed off.

D2 is where all the interns are at now.

10 RespuestasBungie is clearly no longer a AAA developer. They are a joke in the gaming industry. Why would anyone who has played Destiny purchase marathon? Bungie clearly does not respect their players or their time. Destiny PVP is a joke and Bungie hasn’t supported it in years. Everyone I know will take a Hard Pass on marathon.

1 RespuestaIdk about the worst … but it’s definitely not the best lol … season of the slow and weak with all those nerfs :(
-
1 RespuestaSo why do you keep playing ? Like all of us ….why do we keep playing ?! My hours have reduced dramatically over the last year but some are on this game 24/7 like a full time job . Even the rank 11 people ….I’m like fek that no way I would put myself through it 😂🙄
-
26 RespuestasBut you’ll keep playing, right?

Ranked play is an embarrassment
-
Your not wrong actually. Even the good stuff has abysmal issues making it a complete slog to play through. Sidenote: can there possibly be any more grind systems added? We have guardian ranks, season pass ranks, tower vendor ranks, crafting pattern unlocks, triumphs, titles, weapon leveling, timegating, and way more.... Even the damn stand still and hit 1 button mobile fishing game has a timegated grind system attached!

Ignoring story and content itself, this is just the worst season of destiny I’ve played. The game is in shambles, since new season dropped I can’t play Warlock or Titan without getting error coded immediately, no ability to commend teammates still, random deaths from finishing enemies, 2 separate exotics disabled due being bugged one of which required them to take out an entire game mode, and so so many more. I’ve never had a season with this many problems or glitches it’s been a rough couple weeks

2 Respuestas100% agree. Even Year 1 wasn't what this is. That was bad decisions. Whats happening right now is them ditching the game outright and tossing it in the trash to work on other stuff.

7 RespuestasThe weekly story is .. Go do an Operation to kill Kelgorath, followed by a deep dive to Kill Kelgorath. Then you take the coral back to Sloane, she waffles on for a bit and disappears. Then you are told to go speak to her at the Helm. Why ?? .. She was right in front of me. This season isn't even a story. Its just a list of chores to do every week that are basically the same as last week.
even the streamers are pissed off.
So, -blam!- gives a crap about people that support a business to help them ruin a game that just used their player base to fund their other projects instead of investing it in the game the players are paying for? You guys use streamers as if they are something special knowing they are no better than this business that only cares about you throwing money at the screen. To be honest, I had a tad bit of hope when Forsaken was released and enjoyed playing the game around that time, and thought, maybe, just maybe this business finally pulled their head out of the sand and will get this game to actually move forward, but that was very short-lived. Right after Forsaken, this business went right back to their old ways and it has been in plain sight to who was the actual problem with this game. Some players are always complaining about how negative I am about the business, and I'm good with that, but it's for a damn good reason. The funny thing about it is knowing how this business has literally been walking all over the player base and they smile about it.

trials actually been fun ngl

Hot take: Destiny has always been a mess since 2014. We get ups and downs. It doesn’t consistently improve. But it’s our mess. I think the potential this franchise has and the core shooting mechanics is what keeps people playing. Everything else is chaos. The amount of game breaking bugs we have now has reached a new level of ridiculousness. Mods not working or exotics not working is where it gets really frustrating. And then when they patch something it leads to ten million other bugs it’s getting to be too much.

there are some good things like the new dungeon PvE is generally okay, although we need new strikes for GMs and better loot in GMs its getting stale. PvP is well, horrible and PvE appears to be going downhill also.. Their focus is no longer Destiny and they can't hide it from us anymore.
-
Sure but I made back to back birdies earlier, so life is good.
-
This season is the most dry one yet (lol it’s all about water too)
-
4 RespuestasI see you didn't play through Curse of Osiris.
-
I agree. Played game almost from start. Never seen it as bad.
-
2 RespuestasSorry but vanilla d2 & curse of Osiris trump anything. Season of the worthy w the seraph tower public event was awful too. Besides whatever bugs have been happening this season the story & the content is much better than what I mentioned.
-
easiest way to broadcast that you started playing with Forsaken

13 RespuestasVanilla D2 would like to chime in.

Well, it's good to know that since the Streamers are unhappy, now the game is in a terrible state.
-
Marathon = PvP me immediately losing hope, interest, visiong, hearing etc.

2 RespuestasWe have specials, random rolls, crafting , rewarding endgame content It's still alot better than the stale emptiness we had in year 1 that made 70% of Destiny vets quit and never look back
