I opened the cross-platform link before. I bought the lightfall + annual pass edition by STEAM. The contents of the annual ticket in it go to EPIC. After that, I cancelled the cross-platform link and bought the upgrade package again, hoping that STEAM could have the annual pass content, but I didn't get the annual pass content. I also posted earlier, but now I don't get any useful help. Now I would like to know if my STEAM can get the ticket back or if you can unlink my cross-platform CD? I like Destiny 2 very much, but I have wasted a lot of time on this matter, and I am in a very bad mood.

8 RespuestasHi there! Reviewing your previous threads, it seems you were giving a link to the Missing Eververse and Add-on form. Did you fill this form out?

I also bought a lot of DLC in EPIC, so did STEAM, but I originally wanted to give EPIC to my friend so that he could play many of the previous contents. If he is interested, he will buy the following content himself later, so I bought it on STEAM's platform lightfall + annual pass edition, then the annual ticket went to epic. I still want to have the annual ticket, so I bought the upgrade package again. Now I don't get anything, but I spend a lot of money. I'm in a bad mood. I really like Destiny 2, otherwise I wouldn't spend so much time and money to recommend it to my friends. I haven't played Destiny 2 for three days because of this matter

5 RespuestasSeason Passes and Dungeon Keys can only be redeemed once per platform, no matter which save file they are applied to or how many times the expansion license is purchased on that same platform. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items
