There is a trick to get around this if you wanna know. Collections > Flair > Transmat Effects > Season 1 > Claim any blue transmat effect until out of glimmer > go to Rahool > Trade blue transmat effects for legendary ones > delete legendary transmat effects Sadly, this will only work for the rest of this season since I believe they want to make transmat effects permanent unlocks so I'd do it while you can.
