Shooting the same add for 10-15 seconds in hero mode doesn’t make it fun. Especially when the rewards aren’t better.
The difficulty was scaled well in witch queen.
Master and grand master difficulties required stat crafting, well put together builds, and teamwork.
Now everything requires that. I couldn’t imagine being a new or casual player being faced with the current difficulty I would just leave.

7 RespuestasGet ready for: “git gud” “game is easy” “game was too easy” “learn builds” “says the guy who doesn’t do GMs” “what do you expect for free” “who cares about story anyway”
-
Well for starters, you're using double primaries on two of your characters, so that isn't doing you any favors.
-
What's funny is, Trials and Raids got easier lol
-
3 RespuestasI wouldn’t say it feels like a GM but I would say they’ve made most content more unenjoyable with it. And no people aren’t enjoying the difficulty increase. If they claim to be, they’re lying. Most of the “difficulty” is bloated health bars. That’s not difficulty. Sitting there chipping away with pea shooters for ages isnt hard, it’s just boring af

5 RespuestasEditado por Touch: 3/21/2023 7:07:52 PMI wouldn't care about the difficulty change if they made them more rewarding. I barely see a Vanguard weapon drop in the 2 resets I do each season minus GMs. Its usually glimmer and a few legendary shards (which I already have too many of). In my opinion, if that's all I get, I should be holding forward and crapping on everything that moves. Now all these same things I've been doing since 2017(god forbid we get more than one new strike in years) take more of my time yet my reward stays the same. What would you think about your boss asking you to work extra hours without extra pay? ✌

4 RespuestasJust 2 manned the legend exotic mission. TWICE. Did 3 Master NFs Still trying to see where this “everything feels like a GM difficulty” is
-
it feels like standing in the highway of cars at high speed and I need to do everything I can to not be on the way.
-
6 RespuestasMake it harder yes, but scale it better. Every hero NFI gave tried to do is numerous restarts, loads of deaths probably 5 or 6 each, insane areas where it is almost impossible to survive, ships shooting you, gun turrets en masse It is jyst a bit silly and almost a micky take
-
Says the guy who doesn’t do GMs?
-
You've never played a GM if you think everything feels like a GM.
-
People who complain the game is hard are : Using 2 primary weapon / dont super / dont use heavy ammo / dont mod armor / dont use exotic .....
-
If you're shooting an add for 10 - 15 seconds you have issues.. I was 1 shotting all red bars with crit shots with my primary in a master NF so not sure what hero you're doing...
-
Just did vex caliber on legend. That was terrible!! 🙄 Not sure why it needed to be that bad!!
-
Couldn’t have said it any better when it comes to new players. They aren’t going to want to meet this brick wall. It immediately goes from casual to hardcore. I was doing a legend heist battleground and my fireteam was dying left and right myself included. This activity is harder than the raid and that should say something to the devs. The raid is suppose to the pinnacle of PVE activities not legend lost sectors, heist battlegrounds or nightfalls. That stuff is supposed to be done throughout the week casually.

10 Respuestasim still kinda blowing through enemies even in master nfs. i agree that maybe in patrol its not necessary to have the scaling but its not bad at all everywhere else
-
If it’s taking u 10-15 seconds to kill a read bar that says a lot about your aim and maybe u should go practice

Editado por BoomerSooner51: 3/22/2023 4:21:26 PMI'm just super glad that they took the two shortest and easiest strikes and turned them into an unenjoyable slog. Won't be farming those anymore when they come up as the Nightfall.
-
It doesnt feel like gms lol. Its about builds weapons etc. I will say having the lost sectors a million times harder than that joke of a raid is silly. General content is alot harder and its crap to be fair bungie again are silly sausages lol.

9 RespuestasThis is why they lost 80% of their lfg base.

2 RespuestasI know why people complained the game was too easy, it was doable for the casual player, even in Legendary and Master. But it was a target for casual players, a reason for them to level. In Lightfall, I quickly hit 1810, and just felt that leveling wasn't making any difference anymore. By taking effectively taking away access to Legend and Master, they have essentially denied access to casual solo players. These players are probably the sort who rarely run dungeons and never ran raids. Bungie denied them access to all sources of decent rewards. Now you can counter what I am saying with a number of perfectly valid arguments, but it's not going to get those casual players back. Bungie should have added difficulty, not taken away simplicity. Had they added a more difficult level these problems would have been avoided. Perhaps they could have universally added GM, and maybe tweaked that so it represented a doable level for game enthusiasts.

Editado por Shumway: 3/22/2023 3:27:50 PMYou never needed a well put together build all I would change and still do this season is change my scavenger mod and damage resistance when needed
-
Some ppl pay big money for that feeling
-
I think most reason for this is the fps bug . when bungie would fix this i think they are NOT able to do it) the game is a little bit easier
-
Disagree.. 8n the 8 years or so I've been playing destiny I've maybe completed 2 grandmasters, both a few years ago. Usually it's beyond me. However in lightfall I've done legendary nightfalls and flawless solo legendary lost sectors. Yes it was bloody hard, but no it wasn't master level, otherwise I wouldn't be able to do it. The rewards however, are not worth it
-
I've never done a master NF but I can guarantee the games difficulty isn't the same as that and if it is I definitely need to start to doing some master NF's
