It's become clear from the reaction to the recent article that more than a handful of you are blaming content creators for decisions Bungie makes. I'm here to help and create a safe space for people suffering from what is an obvious form of psychosis. Don't yell at me about Saltagreppo. Divinity did too much. It deserved a nerf. Not arguing this. Same for anarchy (even though it's getting buffed again) and Datto. It was overperforming at the time and was going to get nerfed regardless. LeT uS bE pOwErFuL. When something is so obviously a loadout choice that not using it is such a disadvantage, the item needs adjusting. it just does. I'm sorry if these changes made it to where you couldn't complete content. I'm willing to bet the number of people in that specific group is infinitesimally small. If you've played this game for a length of time, you know everything at the top is brought down eventually. May take weeks or months but eventually, it comes down. Did these streamers cause these nerfs? No. Did they speed up the rate at which it happened? Maybe? but unprovable. Stop blaming other people for Bungie's decisions. If you disagree or don't like the decisions, that is on Bungie. Lastly, many of you are vastly overreacting to the difficulty spike. Strikes will still be mega easy. You won't HAVE to match every surge and overcharge to be able to easily do the content. It's going to be okay. I promise. And you can take that to the bank. They won't give you anything and will probably look at you weird, but you can definitely take it there. Have fun, kill aliens, blame Bungie for Bungie decisions.
