Point-contact Cannon Brace should do more than 4% damage of a Regular Thunderclap Melee
The exotic is lackluster, it simply pales in comparison to something like Heart of Inmost Light and even Severance Enclosure in terms of lethality, and it's melee regeneration is only half of An Insurmountable Skullfort.
This exotic buffs one ability, compared to everything else's generalized damage increases; please, buff this exotic.

I'll be honest, this is 1 exotic and ability I've never bothered with since i see no real value. It could be interesting if it buffed damage by 15% and opened the damage cone by 30% plus extended the cone by 30%. Then the more targets hit, the more energy is refunded. Hitting 1 could refund 50% but hitting 4 gave a full refund.

It needs a serious buff. I was so excited to use it but Insurmountable Skullfort outclasses it in every way

tried it once i found all other punch exotics better, so i just dismantled it, just pure pointless exotic

2 RespuestasBungie should get rid of 80% of exotics in this game. So many orb-related D1 exotics that have absolutely nothing to do in D2. So many exotics that have been nerfed so much into the ground that they’re basically useless. Then all the exotics that have no other point than lowering the probability of looting a better one. That’s not to point out how we’re still missing glass needles… hard! There are great free additions to lightfall, but there are way too many things that are not happening, hamster is bored to run on deaf wheels.

It should be like 50% DMG buff to the punch and Regen melee on kill.

I can't even see the "surrounding storms" it describes when you thunderclap while surrounded. Does anyone know how those trigger? I barely used it so it could be my fault or some bad luck
