4 RespuestasAgreed. I don’t think people realize that they still have to go all in for resilience to get 10% less damage resistance. There’s no benefit to not going all out in resilience still. The other stats don’t mean -blam!-.
-
33 RespuestasThe streamers asked for it to be nerfed. They're the only choice that matters to Bungie.
-
27 RespuestasThe fact that no one wants it nerfed is precisely WHY it needs to be. It’s so OP right now that it’s the OBVIOUS CHOICE on both sides of the game. So there is little build variety right now.
-
Players moaned that resilience did nothing, bungie gave it meaning, players moaned about power creep, bungie nerf it.
-
8 RespuestasSaltaGordonGekko said the 40% damage reduction was too OP.
-
its fine by me because match game is being removed so Grandmasters will be easier.
-
6 Respuestasuh? every player with a functioning brain know that something broken will get nerfed, only players who are not good at the game think is balanced
-
2 RespuestasThey didnt just nerf resilience, they balanced it by buffing mods. If you read the interview with Rodney Thompson, design lead. " There has been a general reduction of average armor mod costs....all non-stat-modifying mods costing between 1 and 3 energy.. " What people are not considering is all those charged with light mods that cost 4-5 energy are cheaper. If everything else stays the same... We're going to be able to build into damage resist easier with mods, especially with artifice armour. https://www.pcgamer.com/exclusive-bungie-answers-our-burning-questions-about-build-crafting-in-destiny-2-lightfall/

My brain is great and it was obvious not needed a nerf as well as an adjustment in the incremental resist each tier gave.

30% is still better than 0%
-
Its actually a nerf and a buff. As it went from 40 to 30%. But every rank now gives 3 % instead of the first 7 ranks giving 1% each. So at 50 resilience...which is easy to get you now have 15% damage resist which would normally require 80 resilience.

Editado por JD: 1/31/2023 9:31:56 PMNerf does nothing. Now we have 30% pop on 2 resist mods in chest armor and you’re right back to 40%. Plus whatever resist you’ll automatically get from the artifact plus whatever other resist armor charge mods we’ll have. It’s not that serious.
-
Dude you can still achieve 82% total dmg resist in 1 step if you spec for tier 10 resilience with any overshield. It needed to be adjusted, and it's not even that bad of a nerf, so instead of 92% it's 82% and the stat curve for efficacy is more balanced... literally what are you complaining about. It got adjusted a tiny bit... but improved at the same time, still really really OP.

1 RespuestaAs someone who currently runs 100 Res and a plethora of other DR mods and still dies in 1-2 shots in most endgame content, I don't see this nerf affecting me all that much. 🫠
-
I was suprised it wasnt nerfed sooner, tbh. Ever since it became THE stat to build upon, it would be coming sooner or later.
-
2 RespuestasShort answer, it's time for you to grind something new. It's about as simple as that. And to be honest, most Destiny numbers are fake. You probably wont even feel the difference much. The power of Well mods being taken away is what should scare you though.
-
It’s only a 10% change so it’s not going to change the value of having 30% reduction.
-
My brain functions and I'm glad it got nerfed. Them having to design the game around the fact that anyone can, at anytime, get a free 40% DR is not great. And we only lost 10% to the max and it actually was a buff to the lower ranges. It was a good change.
-
1 RespuestaIt's being nerfed because of hunters having to focus on resilience, and not the the other stats they want to
-
2 Respuestas40% was insanely high and we all felt forced to run T10 Resil Now with the changes it won't be as big of a detriment not having T10.
-
3 Respuestas30% is still strong, you’ll get over it.
-
9 Respuestas40% damage resist is overpowered, 30% damage resist will still be overpowered. People were fine before the resilience change so it shouldn't matter if it gets nerfed.
-
10 Respuestas40% dr for little investment is very strong. 30% dr is still pretty strong
