No its not. Annoying newbie stomper. At beginning of previous season everything worked fine until players like yourself didn't begin crying because they can't win and their k/d was to big for their actual skill level.

Every season we have SBMM I have to report more players for lag. I report some in CBMM but not nearly as many.

It technically is but not for the reason you think. Lobbies are more balanced which is nice with SBMM except the servers were built for CBMM so the lack of it causes major lag. Its a fault in their system that they literally can’t fix bc they’d have to dismantle the engine to do so

The same amount of lag existed when all we had was CBMM. So again, SBMM has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Lag before skmm was non existent and now its every other game. You might not be experiencing it because you’re on the lower bracket and have more options to match against. For everyone else there is unbearable lag

That's another outright lie. Lag was NOT non-existant before SBMM was reintroduced. I see the exact same amount of lag with SBMM as I did with CBMM. It's not SBMM that's the problem, it's Bungie's servers.

lmfao the only people coping are the people blaming SBMM for the lag despite the amount of lag not changing at all. Cry harder about how you can't fake a good KD anymore by bullying more casual players in playlists.

tbh the experience will vary based off of your skill. If your in a lower skill bracket there's usually a larger pool to select from which results in better quality connection. If you in the top 5% for example then you only have 5% of the entire player base that you would theoretically be able to match which reduces the chance of you getting to match with someone that is guaranteed to have a good connection. So the experience will just vary based off of what side of the scale your on.

This is one of the most illogical things I've ever seen someone say on this topic. If anything, lag would be WORSE in the larger pool of players because there's more people queueing at once. It would be much easier to get a better connection with a smaller pool of players. I'll say it again, SBMM absolutely does NOT cause more lag than CBMM.
