you are weaving (essentially giving birth) to a BROOD of sentient orbs of strand, so yes, I think they do know what a brood is. An ARCHITECT is a person who DESIGNS BUILDINGS AND SUPERVISES THEIR CREATION, so what fkn sense does that make over broodweaver? Unless warlocks will be able to erect a skyscraper out of nowhere, I don't see a reason why their name should be Architect

You seem to have a very narrow definition of words. Since none of us have played the new classes- we have no idea how fitting what name is...
-
Architect is also a commonly used term for a creator, but I agree I dont think it suits the strand subclass even if its namesake somewhat fits I feel something like threadweaver would sit better.
-
LOL, you don't even know the meaning of architect.
-
that is literally the definition go be stupid somewhere else

This might sound crazy, but words can have more than one meaning

To be honest we don’t really know S* about warlock strand beyond the super and what’s stated on the website, none of the trailers have really revealed anything about it’s abilities beyond the first trailer. The only screen time warlocks really got in the most recent one is placing a rift after a hunter swung and suspended all the enemies around it presumably with a melee. Frankly after Solar 3.0’s quality rework I’m not expecting much. I would say what’s stated about Broodweaver is interesting but what they said about Dawnblade in haunted was exciting and interesting but it completely failed to live up its description on both axises of healing and smiting. So honestly I wouldn’t trust any implicit or explicit description of the subclass

Editado por Caek Panda: 1/12/2023 8:53:24 PMthat is all a really fair and reasonable point, but I seriously doubt the ability will be having the warlock setting up apartment complexes for the cabal, so I feel broodweaver is still a better name since the very brief clip of the super we have seen fits it more than architect I don't care much about what the name is in the end though, I just care about funny grappling hook
