Can’t login to tower
I try loading into the tower and it’s just a black screen. I open the map and it says I’m next to Shaxx but there’s still nothing.

Hello there[url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/902560216871239752/978300950097842206/giphy.gif],[/url] Bungie is aware and investigating this issue. A temporary work around would be to either spawn at the annex and run to PM or fast travel to the courtyard again. The courtyard may require a couple tries but it is pretty quick

I can’t load into the Tower even with I select anther landing zone the game will crash or I’ll get beaver errors non stop. This only happens in the Tower.

Same issue! I can get in thru the Annex, but that's a temp fix and shouldn't be the solution. Do you think Bungie reads these errors? Nobody from that company responds to any issues. Very poor customer support!

1 RespuestaOpen your inventory, then your map. Fast travel to the Annex or back to the main Tower area. It'll spawn you back in and everything should be visible.

I've experienced the same problem. Even if this is an old problem Bungie needs to address this issue.

1 RespuestaOpen your destination map and travel somewhere else, then go back to the tower. Annoying but that takes the least ammount of time.

First time that happened to me today I could not do anything, black screen no matter what I tried to do. Had to turn my console off and start up again. That did not fix the problem, got the black screen again but I was able to re-select the Gambit area landing zone and then after several minutes I finally popped in. have not had issue since, but then I did get all my bounties and have been using the Helm instead of the Tower

I got to the tower, but my toon's head was missing. I have crashed three times just trying to do tower tasks.

1 RespuestaI've had this happen to me on PC and PS5 too--you can't return to orbit and the only option is to log out and back in.

I shut power off to my xbox and restarted it and I was able to get in, that being said all in all it took me like 20 minutes to get in.
