Seriously, when do pistols and hand cannons have the same range and accuracy as a rifle?
Hand Canons and pistols do NOT have the same accuracy and range as a pulse or scout rifle.
When a non-exotic pistol or hand cannon can outperform a pulse rifle, we have an imbalance beyond belief somewhere.
Bungie, I don't know if you ever read these things, but stop breaking physics.
