Wow now I get to regrind Palindrome?!
Bungie back at it again with making us re re grind weapons we already have but now less perk options and a silly little origin trait.
Just the content we needed, the same weapon with less options to do the same thing. Wow. So Innovative. Big Brain.

I don't get it, you say the new perk combinations and origion trait are not good So how are you being forced to grind when you could simply use your current roll you got before this season

It quickly brings out the BDF members ( they know who they are and everyone knows them too ) that read the first paragraph and rushed to comment how "you dont have to grind it" or "no ones making you" or "if you have a good one already you dont need it" ...before reading and comprehending the 2nd paragraph that was written and how its correlated to the first to rectify what he alluding to. This is what a common core education brings to the table and its a failure. Its either that or someone is actually dumb or willfully being ignorant...the worst kind. Its hilarious. What he is saying is ... Bungie still has the Palidrome in the Nightfall to grind ...and its worse than before. They should have put something new as an exclusive to said NF, instead of the same weapon thats been in there for the last 8 mos. prior to the Witch Queen (just as a refresh should have been implemented for all the NF activities)... hes just astounded at how lazy Bungie is for not doing so. 3 RespuestasOkay, let's go through this. Palindrome lost Subsistence, Bottomless Grief, and Rampage. In turn gaining Compulsive Reloader, Stats for All, and Turnabout. So it didn't lose the perks you come for (PvP perks, because it's the best version of the best primary right now). There's now 1 mediocre perk, and 1 bad perk in column 3, and column 4 trading a situational perk for a different situational perk. And in terms of Origin Traits, both do nothing where you're going to be using Palindrome (in PvP, since HCs are shockingly bad at anything where the Champion Stunning perk will actually help you). And past Palindromes haven't been sunset or removed. So no, you don't need to re-grind your Palindrome unless you never had a good one in the first place.

I’m honestly confused… If the perk pool is [i]worse[/i] and the origin trait isn’t a big deal, then why is it that you feel you need to re-grind? I’m honestly asking… I have a pretty good roll, but am I missing something? Are the “new” issues better?

Well you don’t have to regrind it, no need to dismantle the god rolls you already have. I kept my shayuras wrath, if the same drop happens again with the new trait sure ill dismantle the old one but until then my regular god roll wrecks.

You can if you want, but I ain’t grinding a new one. My Killing Wind, Rampage roll is enough. A little extra health on kill ain’t -blam!- when Devour exists. Can’t even roll Rampage anymore.

If you have a good one, you dont have to get a new one. its to keep all the old nightfall weapons in line with the new ones. not having origin perks on them would just be weird.

If you already have a good roll, and don't like the Origin Trait, then don't do the GM this week.
