Pretty sure that's the point. Just about every game has gad a rocky start, so a game that's INFAMOUS for it... Why are there peeps here defending it? You know at one point multiple studios worked on this game from different parts of the world, right? Grow up yourself and stop acting like it's the end of the world kiddo. So what's the only two options here - feeling sorry for people because of ANOTHER virus (we live with the flu every year)? Or believing it's a hoax? Way to put someone in a box due to your own ignorance. How about not being a gullible moron and accept the fact that viruses exist and kill people every year, but that doesn't mean the world stops spinning, or that people stop working, lol.

Even FFXIV has issues on new expansion launches and they have pretty massive servers. This last expansion was probably there worst due to not being able to upgrade the servers like they wanted to due to not being able to get what they needed prior to launch due to the chip shortage. They actually quit selling to new people due to not being able to upgrade and just recently opened sales back up after finally being able o add a new data center.

I didn't know Bungie made FF14? What a coincidence. Jokes aside, I can't speak from experience as I've never played FF14, but to my knowledge that game is far more dense and has far more to do than Destiny, as Bungie insists on using the same old space on repeat...for years, such as finding 100 different excuses to reuse lost sectors, again, and again, and again.

New games comes out with challenges yes but those paper clips servers have been showing their age for the past couple expansions is bS. Those eververse money sure ain’t bringing PvP or gambit maps, might as well get some dedicated servers with that paper.
