Everyone is talking about bad matchmaking
.....you're right. It should not be a hard experience. I'm a regular Joe and I'm getting my *** handed to me. I hope Bungie will consider this. I know that a lot of us love the game bit we are tired of the sweat fest of PvP

Let's all brainstorm: how do you propose to fix this? We asked for SBMM, when we got it, we asked for CBMM. We got it, then we asked for SBMM - it's been one vicious cycle after another. No other game in the two decades PvP games have been out has anyone been able to solve unbalanced matchmaking - it's at the point where studios are saying it's impossible. Of course, we'd like for things to be easy, or casual, and in theory, SBMM sounds like it would solve that; but ask yourselves, if it's supposed to be so good, 1) why did we ask for it to go away before, and 2) why do other PvP games want to get rid of it in favor of CBMM? Not going to take sides on this one, just being devil's advocate. Personally, i want to learn more about this EOMM that's being tested out

I have no idea why this is an issue. It’s been like this since the game launched. The simple things aren’t fixed; but many continue. Destiny could be an amazing game, but unlikely ever to be. If you want a fun PVP experience I’d 100% recommend Halo Infinity for any Xbox players. It’s just sheer fun, technically superb and extremely well balanced. Destiny should just be PVE in my opinion. Balancing a PVP sandbox is too hard.

1 RespuestaSweats and tryhards are the only ones left playing pvp because the rest of the playerbase just flat out refuses to play pvp. They levelled up and don’t need the headache anymore so they just don’t play or go anywhere near pvp.

Sure, competitive modes should be easy - no one should have to do anything but sit there to win. If people are tired of the sweat fest, two options: be a quitter, or do something about it. Only losers complain and stay in the exact same hole they began in. Winners do something about it

Honestly just get rid of the lazy elo teambalancing and it will sort itself out. Theu said the want cbmm so why have a sbmm aspect im the poorest form? Either you do full sbmm or none but cbmm could work if its truely random and the chances of sweatlords would be far and few if it didn't force you to fight that elo simply because you were close or you were the filler elo. You can't do both sbmm and cbmm it doesn't work one or the other.

Match making doesn’t exist to trick you the self proclaimed average joe into thinking your better than you are. For you to win someone else should loose and it sounds like you want some system in place where you the “average player” should be winning. Until you reach a point where your top fragging to the extent of changing the outcome of a game why should things be set up to cater to you. It’s funny how the people who clearly don’t play that much pvp are complaining about not winning enough. How do you think it feels for the person who is consistently on the top with a 3 kd plus and still looses. I want to hear their suggestion because they actually put the time in to have an understanding.

Destiny PvP is the half baked PvP I play while I wait for my better PvP games to update.

Yes I know matchmaking is rough. Definitely for solo players. Having said that, there are tons of ways to make it a little better for you. Lots of resources, sherpas, discords to look at. Find friends and run skrims etc etc.

1 Respuestasomeone recently mentioned taking matchmaking into your own hands. it helps. if you are getting farmed by boring sweats, return to orbit and find another lobby. it's just a video game.

We are playing destiny during an off time, pretty much all the casuals have left for other games and won't return till which queen. You should be use to this by now since it happens every year and even every season.
