  • Tell whoever is in charge of server maintenance and network engineering to stop blaming it on ISPs. Its clear that when countless people from different regions have the same issue, its an issue on your end. If it was an ISP issue, then only certain regions would be affected. The issue is wide spread. The ISP excuse is just a convenient smoke screen to mask your inability to create a stable server connection. Toss that 2008 P2P connection in the garbage and put some money back into your game in the form of dedicated servers. (I know that requires a bunch of netcode to be rewritten, but its going to have to be done at some point. Might as well start now.)

  • Hahahaha yeah right 🤣. I never had An issue. One hotfix and 4 parties all who were in the same partychat playing from Dungeons to PvP al had issues and contact Destiny server. If you can't come up with a solution internally, don't blame our connections at home!....

  • We were In Netherlands two different ISP all issues. Other people were from UK, Schotland and US East coast and all the same issue! Boss lagging, contacting Destiny servers people being booted!

  • Think you’ll find it’s on your end bungie and instead of trying to blame it on our ISP it would be nice if you just acknowledge it’s on your end for once, only adds to the frustration when you won’t admit it’s a problem you’ve created.

  • Its not only in the UK, many US Destiny 2 players are reporting this, just like myself. Its on Bungie's servers unfortunately. Hopefully your background maintenance fixes this. Here in the states: got Baboon & booted many times, solo LS with regening health Champions, all sorts of bad things happening. :( Every 5 seconds: Contacting Destiny Servers flashing on the screen

    I'm in Belgium and also having the same issues. There is an issue somewhere for sure. Might be some internet relay somewhere. I'm only having this issue with Destiny servers though. Worked all day and had meetings, no issues. Played other games and no issues there. Just Destiny. If there are other things I can try connecting to to test out connection issues, I'll gladly try it out. Just need to know what. However, at the moment, Destiny is unplayable. *Edit* Just rememebred I had an issue with Steam last night (2am CET). It was briefly offline for me and loading slow. I thought they did maintenance on Steam on Tuesday. No idea if that might have anything to do with it. Just throught I'd write it here.

  • The error codes that we are provided are not all the same nor do they indicate the same issue. Weasel, Centipede, Plum & Bamboo don’t all mean the same thing Bungie don’t give a copy and paste reply. Admit you did something wrong server side and hot fix it! I literally can’t play the game at the moment due to this! Sure I can log in but I can’t kill anything or see kill progress on a boss due that I can’t get rewards! FIX IT!

[/quote][/quote] Oh look loads of people having connection issues on the back of server maintenance we performed yesterday, let's totally ignore that and that game servers for all other games are fine and tow the party line. Annoyingly whilst the advice and help is appreciated, it is akin to turn it off and on again, and individuals contacting an isp and expecting more than them blaming and saying to contact bungie is very unlikely. It isn't an issue with one provider or country either there are numerous posts! Ironically it will prob get resolved as more of the us logs on and has problems.

  • Lots and lots of people in the UK with Virgin Media as their ISP (me included) can't play. Loads of errors and baboons.

  • So you want everyone who are having issues on Virgin Media to phone up? People have and virgin have said nothing is wrong on their side. Surely something is wrong as there are lots of us who can't connect or play destiny.
