This is so annoying. I'm an engineering consultant. When a client needs work done, I do it. I perform the calculations. I write the report. Then my team lead reviews it and adds comments. Then I address them. Then it goes to HIS boss for final review before being signed and sent to the client. Do you think I get the "big" title at the end of all that? No. Because the work was brought in by the team lead, and could only be brought to its absolute best by the review of the more experienced team member. Without that review, the final product simply wouldn't have been as good, and the final product is what ultimately reflects on the company - on [i]everyone[/i]. No offense to this content creator involved, but it sounds like he doesn't have a lot of experience in the team setting.
