It’s been about 2 months since I last managed to get Xenology (exotic chipper)
I’ve posted twice already to no avail, I’m shocked at the lack of support provided by Bungie so far (which was none).
No, I’m not currently holding one.
Xur doesn’t give me the quest and I’m not currently holding a exotic chipper.
I hope this tome somebody could help out.

Hey, If Xur does not have the quest available, then it's likely you've abandoned it and you will need to complete that abandoned quest before Xur will have it available for your character again. The only way this can be done is using a different character to pick up the quest. If you are unable to pick it up with any of your characters, then your best choice is to wait for Bungie to change the quest so that it can be recovered from the Quest Archive. Your only other option would be to create a new character.
