Try clearing out your cache [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]Console[/url] / [url=https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638]PC[/url], during this time reset your router/modem and see if that fixes things

Thank you it seems to have worked(at least in the tower)

It will come back but clearing the cache seems to cure a lot of issues.
