Your profile shows you have cross save enabled. Your Steam account shows you logged into D2 about 3 days ago before cross save was enabled. If you purchased the Deluxe Edition on Steam, logged into D2, then enabled cross save then the season passes were assigned to your D2 Steam game progress. Season passes are in-game purchases/unlocks and get assigned to the first account that logs in. If cross save were on before you first logged into D2 after purchasing the Deluxe Edition they would have been assigned to your PSN characters as they were the active characters under cross save. But based off the date I'm seeing for your last Steam log in prior to cross save being enabled it sure looks like you logged into D2 on Steam prior to having CS active, but after you had made the Deluxe purchase. Which would have caused the included season passes to be assigned to your D2 Steam progress/characters. If this chain of events is what happened then once assigned there is no way to re-assign or transfer them to your PSN D2 game progress. If you need all four season passes unlocked on your PSN characters then the only option left to you is to purchase the Deluxe Edition from the Playstation store, then log into your account on a PS4/PS5 to assign the passes, then you can go back to playing your PSN characters on Steam and they will have access to all four season passes.
