hey bungie i brought Destiny 2 Beyond Light Deluxe Edition ive played it and my pc cant handle it, and it frequently crashes ive tried to refund the game on steam, i have less then 2 hours playin the DLC and steam support told me to contact you guys for the refund order, but overall the game is amazing my pc can just not handle it

Bungie can’t issue you a refund. Only the retailer where you made the purchase has that ability. If steam won’t/can’t do it, then there is nothing more to do about a refund.
