It was first half of the game i played so i couldn't really have known the dude was hacking that quickly but after the ban it all made sense. I wouldn't say i benefited from 1 game considering how grindy it is already. The ban was from 1 year ago, i got over it and played other games but all my buddies go back to this and it became a problem. I tried appealing before but they treat me like a cheater and told me they aren't going to reverse it. yeah yeah yeah blah blah thats it i know guys, bungie made it so they take as little responsibility in their games as possible, but this needs to be brought to the attention of bungie and my account should be unbanned. Inclement they "caught" me playing 1 game with a hacker i couldnt have know was hacking. Facts dont matter anymore because people think they know everything apparently. They made a new splash screen for account authorization and they mention my kind of situation with "f2p" and "unverified" users taking away peoples achievements and stuff. Its crazy to see how indoctrinated people are.

You don’t have to cheat yourself to get banned. You just have to benefit from playing with a cheater to get banned, which you did.

Bungie reserves the right to uphold or reverse your ban. If it’s cheating, it is usually permanent and often won’t get an appeal. Also, that tone does not help your case.
