Nothing Manacles do nothing
Hey guys; so I’m a huge warlock main and live devour. When I saw that nothing manacles where back in the game I instantly went to go get them from the lost sector as they were one of my favourite pieces of exotic amour.
I got them awesome I tried them out and they were….. underwhelming to say the least. I couldn’t put my finger on it until I saw Fallout’s video on them (link in bottom for reference)
So yeah I saw that the parts of the scatter greened collide with each other. I hope this isn’t intended as if so it makes using the exotic literally pointless. Bungo please fix one of my fav d1 exotics please.

I know I'm beating a dead horse here with bringing this topic up again, but good grief. I actually decided to get these gauntlets today since the lost sector was a easy one. These things are trash. I mean trash. The only useful part is if your eating the grenade or holding it for a handheld nova. The actual grenades suck.

They should increase the damage of each individual explosion to make it more lethal

3 RespuestasThey're looking at it allegedly. But the only tracking of note is to self-implode most of its own projectiles! Well done tracking. Comically bad. When this actually works as intended this will be really strong.

I actually really like it. In PVE at least. You can eat one nade to activate devour, and still have a spare for damage. Also if you’re running decent discipline and a demolitionist weapon (which there are so many awesome ones especially the ToN ones), you’ve basically got infinite devour+Scatter explosions. It’s great.

Two counter points: Handheld supernova More importantly, DEVOUR I honestly just want two grenades and this is perfect for a devour build.

Just use a charged vortex grenade. Idiot ads just flinch and stand in it. Much better.

Yhh i thought they would track properly but they dont unless they hit a target on point which kinda seems redundant tbh hope they fix tracking to be useful

I haven't even bothered to find a pair yet, my absolute favourite warlock arms have 38 discipline and Contraverse Hold with that stat will take some beating.. Maybe 42 Discipline or something :) Im in no rush to get these. Maybe the hunter needs a void grenade exotic.. Deuwit! (palpatines voice)

Its mostly kinda lame because of scatter grenades. They just aren't the same as D1. They are kinda nice for extra devour grenades, or middle tree though. Handheld supernova for everyone.

Heck they just recently fixed the burn damage of that solar helmet that extends burn damage. it actually came out bugged and bungie just fixed it, no one would’ve known if bungie had not said anything about it. Its no wonder that helmet felt underwhelming, as for nothing manacles, its bugged just the same and its semi functional. Its gonna take a while before they get to it, thats the warlock life.
