Met my fair share of AFK and strike speed runners.
I think there should be 2 types of strikes. Timed strikes for speed runners to beat a certain time, and the casual strikes where you have to kill all the enemies which opens a barrier that allows you to progress.
My favourite bit is when a strike runner dies and no one spawns him. That happened many times, even at times they get a cheeky tbag from me.

You must meet pretty shitty speedrunners then I speed run every strike I do unless I’m doing bounties but even then you get it as you progress and clear most strikes sub ten mins depending which one, lake of shadows is easily sub theee minutes, if I just need 3 for my pinnacle then I’m gonna do my three as quick as possible, trinity ghoul is the way to go for speed running

If I’m in a game with 2 players who speed run then I join them and speed run to. Yes, I’ve met some sus speed runners before. I understand high mobility but some were waaayy too fast. Almost like they had some kind of speed hack etc.

I then stand there eating popcorn while she goes and works on bounties.
