Need SBMM in iron banner simple as
Iron banner is a complete joke, literally 4 games in a row with mercy.
Opposing team all have 6+ KDR in the match
Our team all have sub 1.
4 matches in a row of this. Randomly hoping you get paired with a equally skilled team is not good.

57 RespuestasGet a team. It's an end game TEAM based PvP mode. Going in solo is asking for trouble. Grab a group of people. Communication is key with how the flag caps work. You'll have a lot more fun with a group.

They won't do that. If subpar players had an opportunity to play PvP where they didn't have to get stomped on by sweaty bullies, they'd go there. And that would ruin the bullies' fun. And Bungie has allied themselves firmly with those bullies.

LoL IB has always had a high mercy rate. Even when SBMM was a thing. The Hunt mechanic paired with players doing bounties and never paying attention to zones has always been a bad mixture. Even more so now because of the broken Lobby balancing issue.

It’s been like this for years. They don’t seem like they know how to fix the matchmaking nor care to know, as it does not directly make them money. Player experience is unfortunately less important today than player monetisation; ironically, the former actually leads to the latter when done right, but companies have forgotten the value of goodwill.

Don’t make it clash because it just becomes another pub stomp mode. I want to say make it mayhem cause at least mayhem is fun. But I don’t know what to tell people. Me mentioning mayhem trigger hunter haters. So I don’t know what to tell anyone at this point.

2 RespuestasThe real problem isn't lack of sbmm...it's lack of a diverse player base. The only people left playing pvp are the sweat stacking no lifers...so your chances of running into them are almost a sure thing every match. Pvp needs to get better to attract more casuals.

Even if IB was skill-based, you'd still be on the losing team 90% of the time. MM teammates don't know what objectives are.
