I agree that changing appearance needs implementation.
So many people have been requesting this for a long time.
Bungo must know by now that many want this, why don’t they respond?

Because its only been asked for a few months and thats not a long time. As well this game has a multitude of issues that need to be fixed before they add a new system (adding a season broke a heroic event, how does that make sense imagine a new system)

I get that it's not top of the wishlist or anything, but what would you call it then? It's not the same person every time, I've been seeing posts like this since the dark below. Personally I don't see it as a priority or anything, but people have definitely been asking for this for quite some time.
