2 RespuestasEditado por BANZAI GEXX: 8/22/2021 3:23:20 PMPC’s only. You have to allow software to be installed on your pc to continue playing. Consoles would not allow this. This is a God send for cross play though.

They’re going to have to do something to get players back to being comfortable playing trials. Trials has been gatekept for so long, they’re going to have to do something special with the mode or give adept weapons out to us without going flawless

9 RespuestasI wonder how high the population on destiny is going to be when active? Considering the immense popularity of cheats right now, it’s possible that Bungie will permanently lose maybe half or more of their playerbase. Trials might not have virtually ANYONE playing it in this case, and will probably be considered a lost cause and not worth updating, as now, only the few sweats are now left playing each other, with absolutely no one pretty much in the any lower tiers playing. Now recovery organizations and cheaters having a harder time operating, who’ll even play? The trials changes might not be enough to save the playlist when so much of the population is permanently banned.

Yea wowzer, only 4 years after pc release and countless of posts that they in fact have an anti cheat system, we finally get an actual one when the games pvp is more dead than trump memes. When the cheaters also stop playing, the player pop in pvp will be next to zero cause literally noone but recovs, cheaters and streamers are left playing D2 pvp. Banning some obvious cheaters will not bring people back to 7 year old pvp maps and content. New content for pvp would but hey they already said they will be generous and give us TWO old D2 maps and ONE new map within the next YEAR so we are lucky, no?

It isn't going to fix the zillion variables keeping Destiny away from a healthy PvP balance. But at least they're cutting down on the hacks.

Eh…trusting BattleEye? I’ve seen it work SOMETIMES on Siege. Better than nothing, I suppose.

Great news (hopefully). Although why they didnt do this when they first went to steam seems asinine to me.
