Destiny makes it tricky to get a good roll sometimes. The multifaceted RNG can make it feel like you’re getting nowhere with weapon grinding. I don’t think there’s any actual issues preventing you from getting you’re roll, I think it’s just unlucky RNG. Biting Winds only has 6 perks in the column with explosive tips, keep farming and you’re bound to get an acceptable roll eventually. Maybe spice up your farming by doing some gunsmith bounties or spare seasonal catalyst quests while you do it. Or you could alternate between activities to farm Biting Winds and another gun, that helps me not get burnt out as quickly. That and farming with another person, which also makes things a little faster too. If you need someone to farm with let me know, I wouldn’t mind trying for a few rolls on it. Either way good luck!
